From the beginning until the end of your experience we will be with you, any questions can be asked on your behalf, any issues rectified for you.
Our commitment to both customers and traders
You pay the traders direct for work completed.
But in some cases we can be a 3rd party dealing with payments and issues.
If work has been completed and you are happy, pay the trader for the works completed.
If for any reason you are not happy with the work completed and it is a genuine fault, you can pay Depher CiC the cost of the works and we will pay the trader once any faults have been rectified.
It can also work both ways, the trader may wish that the customer pays any deposits or interim requests to Depher CiC so there is a fair system set in place that protects all involved.
